Westminster High school bullying policy
District Policy
- No harassing/fighting /bullying
- cause or threatened to cause physical injury
- engaged of an act of bullying, such as electronic act.
- committed or attempted to commit a sexual assault
- participated in or attempted to participate in hazing.
- threatened or intimidate a pupil who is a bystander
- Any violation of the rules listed above may result in any of the following consequences:
- warning
- detention
- Saturday school
- suspension
- expulsion
- legal action
- The rules apply to students when they are on school grounds or during school hours.
District Policy
- The Non-Discrimination policy- applies to district high schools, employment, all activities and vocational education. It provides equal treatment opportunity for everyone in the school district. The policy frees them from harassment, intimidation, and bullying that associates with a group with different characteristics of race, national origin, color, age, gender identity or physical/mental disability.
